Siebel crashes after login in windows 10 IE11 enterprise mode

We are trying to launch the webclient in a Windows10 Machine using IE11 in the enterprise mode but the application keeps crashing the IE after logging in. We see the ActiveX controls downloaded fine.

Could you please help us to configure the web browser to launch the siebel 8.1.1.5 in windows 10? thanks.
