Reserved action is not appearing in iprocurement request

Hi everyone,

I just want to know the reason why the "Reserved" action did not appear after the iproc request has been submitted. Most of our pre-approved issue has no "Reserved" action.

The action flow should be like  this

1) Submitted

2) Reserved

3) Approved

But in this case there is no "Reserved" . The selected account also has available funds.

Please share your inputs.
