Create Releases Completes in Error

Create releases is occasionally completing in error

The log fikle displays the following

po.plsql.PO_RELGEN_PKG.CREATE_RELEASES.030 exception; SQL code: -1002

I see a number of hits in the community that relate to

po.plsql.PO_RELGEN_PKG.CREATE_RELEASES.

But none with this at the end of the message

030 exception; SQL code: -1002

Any ideas?
