Description with Example scenario[store 111, reg 2, 080817, Xstore version 7.1.3.6]:

a) Associate go to open the register
b) There is some type of print error the first time they try to print (can’t really say what…paper, power, lid open, communications or something else)
c) The register is frozen or they can’t clear error
d) They stop and start xstore (they may also check on or reset the printer, no way of knowing)
e) They get corrupt poslog.xml and transactions after that are fine, but once the file is corrupt its corrupted and not able to process at corporate.
