How to add text to the iSupplier Portal HomePage and match the page formatting?

Hello -

I'm trying to add some informational text to the iSupplier HomePage with the blue background.  I'm able to add text no problem however not able to get the light blue background.

Is there a CSS that would help me achieve this?
