AME for BPA

Hi,

We have set up AME for BPA but when we are creating BPA and submitting for approval it stays in Incomplete status.

Document Type is set. Attributes and Rules are also set. AME_APPROVAL_ID is getting populated when BPA is created also when I run transaction test it gives clear results but issue is the status stays in Incomplete status.

Any help is much appreciated.
