I created a new responsibility and associated with a new user, the responsibility is associated with a menu with only three options:

--View POs - which points to the function PO Orders Summary Page For Read Only View

--Submit Reports - which points to the function IEX: Collections Request Submission

--View Reports - which points to the function IEX: Collections Request View

When the user selects View POs and then tries to view the purchase order, the system denies access, the error message is

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation, Please contact your System Administrator

There are no menu exclusions or excluded items in the definition of the responsibility.
