EPBCS login screen does not prompt for domain

Hi All,

When i try login to EPBCS url using https://planning-test-<server>/workspace it does not prompt for domain name. Instead login screen asks for id, pwd and language.Below is the login screen i get. Due to this i am unable to login to smartview.

However when i login in myaccount.oracle.com and then from there navigate to epbcs instance then it prompts for domain and then id and password.

To me this seems to be a generic problem which some of you might have faced.

Your help is appreciated
