Incorrect PO Receiving exchange rate

Hi guys,

We encountered an issue, that the PO receiving exchange rate did not take effect (from CNY to USD should be 0.14736, actually populated as 1), which affected some transactions; and which is worse, some receipts have been matched by AP invoices.

Do you have any suggestions, on how to prevent it happen again? & how to fix all the impacted data (BTW, what kinds of data already impacted?).

We are in R12.1.3, using PAC cost method.
