facing issue with sim login in v16.0.1

getting the following error while trying to login to sim for first time  in v16.0.1

ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '25' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'][o.r.s.s.d.d.ExternalUserLdapDao] Error executing LDAP query statement: (&(objectClass=simUser)(uid={0}))

javax.naming.AuthenticationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 48 - Server is Configured to Deny Anonymous Binds]
