MULTITENANT Database Replay login errors

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production (AIX)

Keep getting (wrc_r00003_15073366.trc) ORA-15568: login of user <USERNAME> during workload replay failed with ORA-1435.

Attempting to run replay on PDB. Set up connection map in CDB. I am able to connect directly to PDB using sqlplus with login generating ORA-15568.

Doc ID 2276369.1 says problems is due to a logon trigger. This is not the case here. There are no logon triggers that exist.

Has anyone else experienced this. I can find no solutions.
