How to configure the system to notify the PO creator/approver that the email address is wrong for bo

We have a request to send a notification to the PO creator/approver when invalid email address is entered in the "Transmission Methods" on PO Approval screen below. Because of invalid email address, the email is suppose to bounce back, how do we configure the system to notify the PO creator/approver that the email address is wrong ?
