OAF Form display Job field when BPA has been approved at Buyer Work Center.

Hi,

Has anyone experienced this? the BPA with more than 12 lines of item has been approved.

When user opened the BPA, it appear the line information as distorted,(refer attached). What could be the cause? it this require patching or this is a bug.

Please help to enlighten.
