Hi,

The user got the email notification when PO gets approved. The notification contains the PDF & Attachment but with message that the notification has error-ed out & please send the PO manually to the supplier

Mail content:

Dear buyer,

The generation of the Purchase Order document in the subject of this email has failed. Please review and solve the problem and manually resubmit the document to send it to the supplier and all required stakeholders.
