Error when assigning a Team as Preparer in ARCS Workflow

I have assigned a Team as the Preparer in the Workflow of a Profile.  I am a member of that Team.  When I open the Reconciliation created from that Profile and attempt to click on the Claim button, the application hangs and the only way I can exit is by closing my browser.  Periodically the following error will also appear.  As anyone else encountered this issue?
