How to restrict PO amount should not exeed from Requisition Amount?

Dear All Experts,

We have created one requisition with 100 price of item XX, now while creating PO either from sourcing module or auto create option in purchasing PO amount should not exceeds more than 10% of its requisition price.

Please suggest.
