Vertex - Geo Code extraction

Hi Gurus,

What kind of relationship is between Vertex tax rate and Supplier?

Is it,

1) One to one

2) One to many

3) Many to one

4) Many to Many

We need to extract all the possible available Geo codes? Is there any possible way to do it from JDE tables?

Please let me know if we could do it from some another way?
