while creating PO's from backend facing some issue

Hi Team,

I'm New to PO module

we have written custom code to  push data into standard interface tables and using standard import program po's are getting created.

But when we try to open from front end from PO form its showing one pop up "Do you want to save the changes you have made" .

Can anyone suggest on this to suppress or overcome

i found in po_line_locations_all table two columns  country_of_origin_code, encumbered_flag are getting updated when we open same PO from front end.

Any API or how can i update those values from backend ??
