How to reprocess Errored RTI stuck records as front end option resubmit is not available

Can anyone suggest how to resubmt the RTI stuck records with Deadlock error.

RVTSH-230: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource

Cause:        A SQL error has occurred in RVTSH.  The SQL error is &LSQL_ERR.
