OA Page login session has expired in Windows 10

In Oracle R12.1.3 with Windows 10 and IE 11, users are intermittently getting "Error cannot display page" from OA page.

Your login session has expired.

There are actually actively working with less than a minute idle time.

We are also getting this error while trying password reset.

In Windows 7, we DONT have this problem.

Any help much appreciated.
