Stock Register / On Hand Qty Report in Oracle

HI Team,

Business would like to see the on hand stock in Present and Past dates from Inventory across locations.

Is there any way to achieve this requirement?

We can generate on hand at that point to my knowledge. Is there anyway we can check on hand stock for the past dates? Please clarify
