Enhancement Request : Vendor Merge involving Global Blanket Agreements

Vendor Merge does not work correctly if the vendor has Global Purchase Agreements or Global Contract Agreements. Currently the solution is to apply the datafix from Note 2017875.1 and then run the merge program once the datafix has been applied.

The requirement is to enhance the merge functionality so that a datafix is not required every time a vendor with global agreements or global contracts needs to be merged
