CAFE1 How to Link Address Book, Who's Who and Phones/Electronic Addresses

I am attempting to create a Cafe1 form that will use W/W Addresses (P01012) as the activated application, and embed Who's Who, Who's Who Phones and Who's Who Electronic Addresses using Dynamic Links.  I am able to easily link W/W Addresses and Who's Who by AB Nbr, but Who's Who is also keyed by Line ID.  I can link W/W Phones and Electronic Addresses but I can only map AB Nbr and not Line ID.  If I have an AB record with multiple Who's Who entries and each of those has separate associated Phones and Electronic Addresses, how am I
