Approved PO appearing as rejected if PO is not reseved

hi Team ,

We are facing a strange issue,

PO is created in previous month, reserved, periods are closed

When submitted in current month , after approved by the final approver , PO is getting rejected. Please see the screen shot of the standard notification the action says rejected but the status is rejected
