UOPN and UREC both populated?

Hi,

I'm working with 9.1 environment.

I have a PO that was received for full quantity, however, in viewing F43121 I see that both UOPN and UREC both are populated with the quantity. I assume once received Open Quantity should net to 0?

Additionally, my research began because I couldn't print the Receipt Traveler, R43512.
