Re-assigning operating units

Hi Experts,

we have a client requirement where the implementation has been completed with One Ledger and 14 operating units assigned to it. Now the client requires to create one more new ledger and assign 10 operating units to one ledger and another 4 operating units to the other Ledger.

What is the best solution to achieve this.
