Confirming Order and XML Delivery Query

Hi. We are using R12.1.3 and applied RPC5 this week on PROD.

A user has a rejected PO, which has been sent to the supplier as the user viewed the PDF for the PO and emailed it to the supplier.

They have set the Confirming Order flag to Yes, but the Communication Method = XML.

They want to know if once PO is approved, if Confirming Order flag will prevent the XML delivery from happening.

Does anyone know about that one please?

Any advice much appreciated.
