How to customize PO pdf brief note section

Product name: Oracle EBS 12.1.3 iProcurement and Purchasing

Version num: 12.1.3

Question: in PO pdf, a section called brief note, wanted to change its content, but do not know where is it to change it

Is there a way to change it in the database or is there any webpage inside the content management?
