PO Notification Worklist

Hi All,

I have question regarding PO notification worklist.

Scenario:

Tax Rate was change from 6% to 0%. After change tax, at PO level the tax amount already 0. But I have no idea why at PO notification worklist for approver still exist the tax amount.

Any idea why its happen? Is it related with workflow setup?
