Punchin error for one of three punchout suppliers - operation key missing from ICX_CAT_PUNCHOUT_CALL

Hi,

We're testing an upgrade from RPC3 to RPC5 and have an error when punching in from only one of three punchout suppliers.  I've looked at the debug logs for the supplier connections and can see that on the one that fails the operationkey is missing from the punchin url.  For all 3 suppliers on RPC3 operationkey does not exist but punchin is successful so I assume it's needed after the RPC5 patches.

The only notes I've been able to see related to the issue are as a result of the supplier receiving the operationkey field but not passing it back correctly but in this case the operationkey is not being passed to the supplier.  I've looked at the setup on the application and the underlying tables and I can't see any differences of note between the 3 suppliers.
