Where can Preparer or Approver can see the Change History of PO

Hi,

When we do the changes in Approved PO and while submitting again, we can add Note and Change History in Approval Document. I entered some text in Note and Change History

When the Notification goes to Approver, he can see the Note I entered, but where he can see the Change History text which I entered??
