Custom W-2c template group is not found on Register BI Publisher
I was testing customization of the seeded W-2c template as staff need to do a wholesale balance adjustment and want to only print Copy B and Copy C. I created a custom Template with code=COMpayusw2ctmpl2017. Then I created the Lookup type=COM_US_PAYUSW2CXML_2017 per the year-end doc and listed my template code in the Lookup's Code and Meaning fields with an effective-from-date back to 2017.
When I go into US Super HRMS Manager to submit the Register BI Publisher Templates for Payroll request with Payroll Process Name=Employee W-2c PDF, it does not find my custom template group in the LOV. No template groups show up there.
