Authentication Failing in Order Broker login page

Dear Community,

Kindly if anyone implemented Order Broker need your suggestion for below issue,

After installing the ORDER BROKER getting login issue like INVALID USERNAME/PASSWORD after given correct authentications,

And in order broker installation guide below NOTE provided,

Note: If you can’t log in, confirm that property values are set with just an equal sign and no other code between the property and the setting: for example, prop=value.
