change the approver on an approved requisition

We have alot of long term requisitions, they are created for the whole year with a line for each month. One of the approvers in the approval chain for those requisitions is leaving the company. Those requisitions are regularly changed and the changes are sent for approval to the same list of approvers. How do I change the approver on an approved requisition so that when they make a change to it, it goes to her replacement after she leaves?
