How to achieve Different level Approval workflow for Purchase order through AME based on combination of Item Category,Item Category wise total ?

A purchase order has line of items of different categories,

want to define AME Rule with the following condition.

1.Item Category

2.Item Category Total

How to define Attribute and Condition for  Item Category total Value based on Item Category  in AME Rule?
