Work Confirmation Status field in Database

Hi,

In Oracle Purchasing, Work confirmation form is showing the Status 'Pending Approval' but in rcv_shipment_headers table, column APPROVAL_STATUS is showing blank. Kindly advice in which table oracle stored work confirmation status like "Pending Approval","Approved" & "Processed".
