Login Into Administrator Account

Hello,

One of Business user has been reported a very strange issue. According to him, he was logging in to the Siebel with his own credentials, but he got connected with Sys Admin account (SADMIN). He has shared the screenshot of SADMIN Profile page. But when he logged in again everything looked normal.

We just wanted to know if this possible that User are login into Siebel with their own credential and re-direct to SADMIN account. Can you please suggest us how this possible.
