Metric Extention for the Users that Logins Database

Dear all,

We need an sql query -->when some one tries to login Database other than sys/system- OEM Alert has to be generated with the username who tried to login, we are having good idea how to create Metric Extension once we have sql query handy

Yes default OEM Metric and collections will be having Metric extention--when sys tries to login Database Alert will be generated , we need another Manual Metric Extention so if any of the User apart from DBA Team tries to Login Database OEM Alert has to be generated
