Punchout HTTP 404 Not Found

Hi, I am trying to configure a new Punchout store in test mode

We are on 12.1.3

It looked to be going OK, I can get out to the suppliers store & put some goods int my basket

However when I get to Checkout I do not get returned to iProc but get the error

HTTP 404 Not Found

You can see this in the attached word file

I have checked the setup in Stores > Content zones and it seem to be the same for the existing supplier (that works) and the new supplier I have just added

Does anyone feel able to offer any advice?
