how can we change the date format for PO Print report when used for multiple language?

1. how can we change the date format for PO Print report when used for multiple language? when we print our report in English the date gets printed as DD-MON-YYYY but when we print the same report in Traditional Chinese it gets printed as DD-MM-YYYY, can we change the date format for Chinese language to DD-MON-YYYY for fields like Creation/Revision/Deliver dates? if yes, then how?

2. When we print PO Print in Chinese some of the labels like Ship to are getting wrapped and are going to next line because Ship To in Chinese is bigger than English and using more space. Can we change the width of that fiels using XSLFO? if yes then how?
