no inventory master org

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi, we are in 12.1.3 (uograded from 11.5.10)

i have 1 Legal entity with 5 OU and i have 5 inventory organizations.

No one is inventory master, so there is no inventory master organization.

Inventory is not fully installed, just in shared mode.

We have core purchasing in some of the 5 OU, not in all. all of our PO's are destination expense and we use Receipts and 3 way match.

Now we want to start using inventory and inventory items.

Should i create a master organization?  is that possible?
