login homepage zone disappear, help

Hello,

i tried to follow he below link Tips For Personalizing The E-Business Suite R12 Login Page (MainLoginPG) (Doc ID 741459.1)

/oracle/apps/fnd/sso/login/webui/MainLoginPG
/oracle/apps/fnd/sso/login/webui/loginRG
/oracle/apps/fnd/sso/login/webui/loginRN

....

i update the rendered properties and save using 'Functional administrator' responsibility, but unfortunately my login session was ended sudden

Issue=>

trying to lunch the application again it was open but without user name and password zone

i was stuck as i cannot login

Please Help
