The AI Manifest Wizard does not work in Solaris 11.4

Anyone else having a problem with the browser based AI Manifest Wizard since 11.4?  Using a browser and going to port 5555, I get the main page, select an AI service and the next page is blank with no options to select and the page hangs.  Tried it on several different installs and version up to 11.4.4.4 with the same result.
