DLL build fail in Full Package with error 'builddll.c:2453 BUILDDLL0082 ERROR: Exiting DoTheLink wit

Hi Team,

I am on tools release 9.2.1.9 and on Windows 2012 R2 platform. Using Visual Studio 2013 on both client and Enterprise Server

While building a full package, I am getting the below error for a custom DLL called CCUSTOM in CCUSTOM.log. Also getting the same error for CALLBSFN. All other DLLs are building fine on server. R9621S report shows error for CCUSTOM and CALLBSFN. R9622C is all clean and successful.
