Want to Create Flar for Solaris 10 Image and restore that in S7-2 LDOM

I want to Move one of the Solaris 10 ( Standalone ) server to New S7-2 LDOM .

We are thinking of doing via Flar and i am not sure how that's gonna to work in LDOM.

Need your inputs & documents to perform this activity.
