Requistion Tax Derivation

Can anyone help me with a Tax query when I Requisition is raised

The Req was raised via a Punchout Store

I am pretty sure that this is not related to the store itself. More likely our Setup

You can see on the attached that we have a net cost of 36.59

& Non Recoverable tax of 7.32

How is  this value derived

-maybe it is on the supplier or

-more likely in the mappings from the commodity in Purchasing Super User

Can anyone help
