Oracle Capture 10.3 login failed Error in EDO-ExecSearch on line 52

I have moved my ECM and ODC databases to a new MS SQL database server.

When trying to do a database look up in the file cabinet I get the error listed above.  I have updated the File cabinet database look up to look to the new database server.

I have checked every database connection location in ECM and ODC and they are all pointed to the new server.

Where is this EDO-ExecSearch configuration stored?
