solaris 11.4 upgrade SRU fails

Hi,

     Install Solaris 11.4 on x86. When perform the pkg update to the latest SRU Fails. Any ideas.

root@node0:~# pkg list -af entire

NAME (PUBLISHER)                                  VERSION                    IFO

entire                                            11.4-11.4.7.0.1.4.0        ---

entire                                            11.4-11.4.0.0.1.15.0       i--

root@node0:~# pkg update
