Not able to login to WebCenter Content but the same user is able to login WebLogic Admin Console

Hi,

Unable to login to WCC Console with any type of users like external users and local users not even with Admin user as well. Getting error as invalid credentials please try to enter the username and password again.

application is up and running buit not able to login to wcc console. Please help me here.
