Getting Siebel Login page but unable to login Thin Client

Hi Team,

We are not able to login to the Thin Client.After checking the SWSE logs got following error,

ge: Login failed attempting to connect to siebel.TCPIP.None.None://lewis:2321/OV11GENT/eCommunicationsObjMgr_enu)

SBL-SSM-00003: Error opening SISNAPI connection.
